Day 14 - St. Agnes to Land's End

Managed to get breakfast ahead of the official start time which gave us a head start. Slowish up the road to the A30. Very swift progress (20 mph average), flying along in the direction of Penzance.

Brian and Phil stopped for the compulsory coffee. We then picked our way through a street market and along the promenade. Here, in a surreal moment we were piped on our way by the Argyll Pipe Band!! Saw other end to enders just starting out and helpfully informed them that John O'Groats was horrible!

The last 10 miles flew by and we finished as we had started, in the rain and at a De Savery eyesore. Families and champagne awaited.

Most excellent.

1047 miles and lots of malt loaf later.

34 miles.
